The 852-1417 Switch is an industrial unmanaged ETHERNET switch with 5 Gigabit ETHERNET ports, four of which support Power over Ethernet (PoE+) at 30 W. These 4 PoE+ ports (IEEE 802.3at) can be used simultaneously to power PoE end devices (powered devices). In addition, the switches have two SFP slots (1000BASE modules). The integrated voltage transformer enables operation with -24 VDC, which is the standard supply voltage in control cabinets.
Its slim design paired with a DIN-rail adapter simplifies installation in the control cabinet and provides high vibration and shock resistance. Additionally, automatic transmission rate detection (auto-negotiation) and automatic identification of the transmit and receive lines (Auto MDI-X) allow simple plug-and-play operation, helping save time and money during commissioning.
